Design & Operational Services
Teradyne’s Design and Operational Services focus on what’s important to our military and avionics customers—higher uptime, quick-turn solutions and lower lifecycle cost. Teradyne’s customer support model centers on a staff of engineers, located throughout the world, that bring customers the expertise needed to achieve operational success. Our support model is complemented by maintenance services, including preventive maintenance and on-site system maintenance.

Service & Support Contracts
Teradyne’s Defense and Aerospace contracts simplify the process of ordering services to ensure availability when you need it. Our service offerings are aligned to meet customers’ strategic objectives and represent a partnership between us and our military and avionics customers. In addition to committed support levels, Teradyne’s service contracts control and reduce costs over time through total quality management (TQM) improvement activities.

Application Services
Teradyne’s Applications Services cover a variety of applications and training solutions that combine extensive expertise with established processes and engineering tools—a combination that delivers the fastest time-to-market and maximizes tester utilization. Teradyne engineers assist customers through all stages of test—from strategy definition and test program set (TPS) development to long-term program support. Our engineers provide technical resources that enable test programming groups to better utilize Teradyne systems in the development of defense and aerospace test programs. Teradyne’s global customer support model addresses your local requirements, providing higher revenues, optimal tester throughput and advanced on-site applications support.

eKnowledge | Teradyne’s eKnowledge portal gives customers detailed technical information to support the operation and maintenance of their Teradyne test systems, instruments and software. With access to the self-service, web-based portal, you can download current software, find and read the latest release notes and user manuals and submit technical questions to our experienced team. |
Parts Repair | Parts Repair is available through Teradyne’s Global Services Organization. Services can be accessed over the phone, on the web via our online portal or through our Customer Care Center for service issues requiring immediate assistance. |
